By accessing or using PhotoDoIt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Services and Pricing

PhotoDoIt provides AI-assisted photo generation and editing services. Our current prices are:

• Professional Photo: US$4.99 for one image.
• Graduation Photo: US$4.99 for one image.
• Holiday & Events: US$4.99 for four images.

Prices are stated in US dollars. The price presented at checkout applies to your order.

3. Payments and Delivery

Payment must be completed using the payment options shown at checkout. After successful payment and processing, you can access your purchased images through the website's available delivery or download process. If a technical problem prevents delivery, please contact us for assistance.

4. Refund Policy

If payment succeeds but a technical problem prevents delivery, we will first try to resolve the issue or provide the purchased service. If the problem cannot be resolved, you may request a refund.

If an order is charged more than once, contact us so we can review the transaction and refund any verified duplicate payment.

AI-generated results may vary. Personal aesthetic preferences alone do not automatically qualify for a refund. However, if the result has a significant technical defect or materially differs from the service purchased, you may contact us for review.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload photos. Pornographic, sexually explicit, and other NSFW content is prohibited. You must not use PhotoDoIt for non-consensual imagery, impersonation, exploitation, unlawful activity, or to violate another person's privacy or other rights. See our AI Acceptable Use Policy. You must not interfere with the security or proper operation of the service.

6. AI-Generated Results

AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies or unexpected visual details. We do not guarantee that every result will meet every user's subjective expectations. Please review generated images before using or distributing them.

7. Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the photos you upload. You must not use the service to infringe the rights of others. Rights in uploaded and generated images remain subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

Our handling of personal information and uploaded photos is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability
