AI Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content and conduct

• Do not generate, edit, upload, or process pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, or other NSFW content. This prohibition is absolute for sexual content involving a minor or a person who appears to be a minor.
• Do not use a person’s photograph, likeness, or identity without their permission, including to impersonate, mislead, harass, or damage their reputation.
• Do not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized edits, or images intended to humiliate, threaten, stalk, or exploit someone.
• Do not create, request, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, exploitation, or other abusive content involving children.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive evidence, threats, or content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Do not upload or process content you do not have the rights and permissions to use.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the source images and instructions you submit, for obtaining authorization from identifiable people, and for reviewing generated results before using or sharing them. Do not use the service to bypass another person’s consent or legal protections.

Enforcement and reporting

We may reject requests, restrict access, or take other appropriate action when we identify violations or abuse. To report suspected misuse or ask a policy question, contact support@photodoit.com.
